That was the last time we went to get food at this McDonalds. Two dry McRibs with almost no sauce, a 20-cup chicken nuggets box with no 20 nuggets and completely greased, plus a McFlurry that has not been stirred. It wasn't the first time that we were dissatisfied, enough for us. It's a shame that the next one is so far away.

Mac Drive is fine. The intercom was easy to understand - which is not always the case. The burger fresh and tasty.

Enough. If I would learn more about that, I will award a medal. Fortunately, the dishes are standardized. I don't think about anything else. Maybe you ought to pay your people better, then maybe a smile will come back

Always happy, that wasn't always the case, but the Mc in Backnang has improved a lot. Not overcrowded, staff friendly, the dishes usually freshly prepared and warm.

The food was good, but the sprite tasted water. We were shopping in Drive, so we realized that. :(

Tables were only cleaned after I asked an employee to do so. No trace of disinfection. The cleaning was done with a sponge cloth, which was used for several tables without rinsing.

Today I ordered the new Spicy Nuggets, they are a joke tastes like you had sprinkled some China spice in the breading and "spicy", well more like nuggets with extra flavor enhancers. Unfortunately also completely dried up. Anyway, the whole meal was cold again, nothing new in Backnang. Employees always seem unmotivated, it is definitely not always completely stress-free, but when my food is served with a listless, sullen facial expression, then somehow the desire to eat disappears .. What a shame!

Staff friendly, order was right, food was typical McDonalds "ok". Tables and walls dirty, floor was very sticky. Toilet and washroom very dirty. The garbage can in the toilet was overflowing with paper towels, these were already 10cm high on the floor. And this at a time when you should be careful with hygiene.

I think they have forgotten how to make the food properly and the service was not very fast allthough the food was at a decent standard they forgot things from my order and obviously forgot that a frappucino has cofee

Came to drive through and asked for 5 frappecinoes with caramel but was told that they did not have caramel, then asked to get without caramel and when they came with the food we got 5 cappuccinos. Asked to switch and was told that this was not possible and that they did not have frappechino at all.

The store is a disaster. The employees speak German in very few cases, so the order is in most cases incorrectly put together. Complaints are the order of the day. Mouth-nose masks are worn under the nose at most, but mostly under the chin. I absolutely cannot recommend this branch.

Unfortunately, you don't always have everything there. Cheeseburger bread takes an hour Chicken wings are made of ..... friends you are professionals. Then you better organize. But if you work on turning it off, there’s also the 5th star.

Absolute disaster. The food is anything but appetizing (if you feel like asking 10 times then you get the whole order). Got even expired ice on the last visit. Walls, floors and tables dirty and the staff totally rude and overwhelmed with their work (even with few customers). Will definitely not go there again

It's a Mickey Ds what do you expect. They are pretty much the same all around. Same decoration, same food, same quality, same everything and honestly that's you expect. If visit a McDonald's you aren't looking for a quality dinner experience or even a quiet one or a good one. Just the same as the last times around. Also only going here if they got coupons otherwise there are better alternatives like the 5 guys
